Happy New Year

This year began much like the past three years have. With an early morning run along a boardwalk in Miami Beach Fl.  It’s become a  ”thing”,  a place to return to and think of the fact that a whole year has passed and that a new one is just starting. I thought of all that i did in 2011,  mainly how little running I had done throughout the year and how out of shape  I felt. Still 2011 was great and 2012 will be better… that’s the idea with life is it not. Improvement.
